Graphic Solvent Inks
We offer a myriad of solvent based inks suitable for a variety of applications and substrates. These would include printing onto Vinyl, PVC, Correx Board, Foam, Doeflex, ABS, Paper and Cardboard, Styrene, Wood, Plastic and Metal to name but a few. We offer a standard range of 17 colours, including gold and silver, as well as a full process set for half tone jobs. Biocure
Uses: When the polyethylene used for the containers contains anti-static agents (amines), this could lead to loss of adhesion on aging. Prints have good brake fluid and alcohol resistance.
Substrates: This is a reactive acid catalyst system. Inks are suitable for printing on treated polyethylene containers, e.g. for detergents, oils and household cleaners.

Corytec
Uses: Transportation graphics, real-estate, POP and other outdoor signage.
Substrates: Treated polypropylene, corrugated/fluted rigid plastics typically known as Correx.

Dutec
Uses: Advertising, Dump bins.
Substrates: All types of boards and paper, acrylic pre-coated white signboard, wood Masonite.

Eva Ink
Uses: EVA slops, peaks and sporting cushions
Substrates: EVA materials as used for cap peaks, “slops” and sporting cushions.

HT Series
Uses: Formulated for screen printing on a wide variety of vinyl and vinyl coated surfaces, typically used for self-adhesive stickers, signage, vehicle signage, PVC decoration.
Substrates: Pressure-sensitive vinyl films, vinyl coated products. Since there are many hundreds of different plastic surfaces, it is the printer's responsibility to pre-test the inks prior to engaging in a production run. Ideal for thermo-die cutting.
Note: Pre-test for adhesion prior to use in production.

Mirakal
Can be printed on lacquer coated surfaces, wood, metal, paper, cardboard displays, foil and many types of rigid plastics.

Nylobag
Uses: Nylobag NB inks are for direct printing onto nylon bags and many other synthetic fabrics.
Substrates: Nylon and many synthetic fabrics.

Nylotec
Uses: Decals, bottles, appliqués and nameplates.
Substrates: Untreated polyester, polyester coated surfaces, some treated or top coated polyester films, polycarbonate.

Plastec Plus
Uses: Great for long-term exterior performance on plastic signage and displays requiring vacuum formability, abrasion and water resistance.
Substrates: PVC, acrylic, vinyl films and sheets, print-treated polyester, ABS and styrene.

Scratch Off
Uses: Scratch Off is specially formulated to be printed on lottery tickets and many game prize cards given away by retail outlets. This ink forms very opaque film that hides the “prize” until the ink is removed by scratching with a fingernail or coin.
Substrates: Card stock.
